1) Primos Hoagies. Holy shit these guys are good at making food. I've been to over 20 states and no sandwhiches even come close to what these guys make. You can get a two foot hoagie for like $10 and it lasts for three to four meals two meals a piece for two people.

2) Wawa. Wawa is like a better, more complete version of 7-11. Its always open, has fresh food including (supposedly since I don't drink it) awesome coffee, and the best milk I've ever had (not surprising since they own their own farmland). Wawa now owns their own gas stations too. They have top notch breakfast and lunch food (including pretty decent hoagies) for people on the go.
The food is healthy enough that my highschool actually used to have a deal with them to sell their food/drinks at the cafeteria to give the lunch room workers more time to make better food. Heh Phillies shortstop Jimmy Rollins is a known fan of Wawa hoagies and since he is making ~8 million a year he sure as hell doesn't have to eat it. Just shows its good.

3) Wireless internet. Much of Philadelphia, and soon all of it will see completely wireless high speed internet access for free. Half the time I write articles for this site sitting under a tree in Fairmount Park because it has wireless internet access. Its quite nice.
4) Boating. This a great area for boating, fishing and all sorts of other water related activities. Whether its crabbing, surfing, water skiing, dolphin/whale watching, bird watching, etc you can do it all.
5) Fresh food and tasty water. This is somewhat hinted at in the criteria above...but within twenty miles of my house you can get
Fresh Seafood (flounder, trout, crabs, lobster in some seasons, etc)
Fresh Apples, Corn, Blueberries, Pears, etc
Water (we have an abundance of aquefers with really good fresh water)
Farmers Markets - There are at least 10 within 20 miles and they all have really good fresh bread, spices, exotic meats and desserts.
