I don't see why it shouldn't be legal... i'd legalize and regulate most drugs though.

Hell of a lot cheaper then the War on Drugs.

Don't use any drugs by the way.  Well cept Caffeine anyway.

Why is the American Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy always nicknamed the Drug Czar ?

To me, "Drug Czar" sounds like the title of the biggest drug supplier, not the leader of the war on drugs. ;)

I think because it sounds cool. (Not joking... i remember hearing why in a special on the position... but i forget the reasoning... it was something similar to that though to set it out from other positions who go tignored.)

Either way, If Obama becomes president we'll have three presidents in a row who have used illegal drugs at some time during their life.

Considering McCain was in Vietnam it would probably be three either way.

I would prefer that they legalize it over here... but the situation is okay over here. The police saw me a lot of time smoking and never said anything about it. I can have 5 gram in the pocket without getting problems. You can only not sell it if they see you do that then you have a problem;.And buying is also pretty easy in five minutes I can find some people who sell it to me.

If you want to make drugs illegal based on how dangerous they are for the human body to consume, we should ban alcohol and make marijuana and many other safer drugs legal.

That's never going to happen, so that line of logic isn't going to work.

I think all drugs should be legal, even the crazy ones, because I don't think it's the government's job to tell me what to do with my body. I think doing any drug should be as legal as masturbating or getting a stupid tattoo or chopping my own finger off.

It's always refreshing to see people who have enough common sense to realize that such things are personal decisions.
