unless its been taken down the japanese store has a demo (it was released months ago).  Keep in mind while playing that its not like resident evil in which you shoot anything that moves.

A Hong Kong account will also have access to it, and the PS Store there is in english

I think I'll pick it up.  I've never really played a "horror" game before so this might be a good one to try.  Hell, I've never even played Resident Evil before.

PSN ID: Sorrow880

Gamertag: Sorrow80

I was planning to pick this up anyway because I love survival horrors AND the demo is very well done, so I am glad to see it is getting good reviews, and from a harsh reviewer no less.

You guys should check out the demo on the Japan or Hong Kong store if you haven't already, it is very good.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

I only tried the demo shortly before I turned it off. Not because I disliked but all the writing was in japanese, which is not good when you are being taken through a tutorial.

Aside from that, I was playing on an old 20" TV in a badly lit room, so I figured i wouldn't let the game suffer on that behalf, and now I am waiting to get back to my big TV, which I have to wait over a week for.

Does anybody know how big the files will be? Great score though. I've been waiting for a good horror game.

Yeah, I got the demo back when it was first released.  It was interesting.
