Of course not, but I think its a good representation of the 360s demographics. While there may be some who don't care that it looks like an anime, most 360 owners, especially the ones exclusive to the 360 seem to be testosterone driven, Fps gamers, that wouldn't play anything that looks close to a tales game.

 

Please.  The redneck crowd loves DBZ and Naruto.... I should know, it is my genuine misfortune to live deep in the bible belt.  I don't think the 360 demographic has problems with anime style at all...

Now, will anime style + RPG will appeal to the same crowd that likes anime fighting games?  Hard to say ;P

Personally I'm stoked for ToV.  Just can't wait :D

Yeah, I loved Lost Odyssey. I want more of that stuff and soon. :D

Do Infinite Undiscovery, Star Ocean 4, or The Last Remnant interest you? Just asking.

When I mean exciting action, I mean anime like Bleach, Naturo etc.  Pokemon is terrible, it's just a thirty minute commerical for trading cards like Yu Gi Oh!  I heard the video games were fun though

You never played a pokemon game? Well I recommend gold crystal  and silver. They are the best.

I don't know a lot of anime series by name. Just naruto and sailor moon comes to my mind. I have a female friend who is addicted to anime(or hentai), so I have seen a lot of that stuff. :)

A very nice looking game. With my favorite style of combat in a jrpg ( other then traditional turn based ). I'll be looking forward to it's release here in the states.

You have Blue Dragon and Eternal Sonata yet you won't go anywhere near ToV. What's up with that? Toriyama's art style is very anime like. Toriyama is a big name in the world of anime.  He is the character designer for Blue Dragon

Maybe those games are the reason why I won't be getting this? :) I bought them and did not like them. That style just pushes me away from games.
