Well, if we're going to put all convicted child molesters into gas chambers I think it's important that only child molesters be labeled as such.

In this legal system (America) the man in the article that lured a 5 y/o girl into a doghouse and raped her is equated to a 17 y/o High Schooler that gets oral from his 15 y/o girlfriend.

Should the first one be gassed... yes
Should the 17 y/o be gassed... no
Are both labeled Child Molesters... yes

When I was in High School, I dated a girl 1.5 years younger than me. Are you saying I should be considered a child molester if we had sex the night I tunred 17 and she was a couple months shy of 16. That doesnt make sense. She would still be my peer. Now, this is hypothetical because of my presonal convictions I wasn't having sex in high school, but I am sure there are plenty of active teenagers on this forum that would be considered child molesters acording to these stupid laws. Should they be ostracized?
