That's the point. Why is that illegal? A difference of 2 years is an inappropiate relationship?
When I was in High School, I dated a girl 1.5 years younger than me. Are you saying I should be considered a child molester if we had sex the night I tunred 17 and she was a couple months shy of 16. That doesnt make sense. She would still be my peer. Now, this is hypothetical because of my presonal convictions I wasn't having sex in high school, but I am sure there are plenty of active teenagers on this forum that would be considered child molesters acording to these stupid laws. Should they be ostracized?
