i went and found an article on it, it didnt suggest anything like that. she was apparently well aware that nothing had actually occured and it was just the fact he was talking to her (some time well before her batting practice even)

She wouldnt have been aware of that, even if it had been the case. apparently he had only delayed his address notification a few months. So the charge would be for the delay.(if he was actually charged, cause it only said "possible cahrge" in what i read)

Why was the man convicted of being a child molester in the first place? If we're going to argue about things, we should learn the details.

Sadly, i am serious.  That is what the article said.   I dont know his sentence for the first situation, but he was convicted for the second incident in '99 and got out in '02.
