Star Fox 64 is pretty cheesy and really ranges from epic to all out crap, depending on what part of the game you're in.

Zack & Wiki-The game was great but the story is straightforward and the characters, while cute, aren't that interesting

Ninja Gaiden. The game was awesome but none of the story made sense.
It kept me interested because of the WTF factor.
