How cheap can I get this game? I don't generally enjoy FPS games with analog controls, but the guns looks pretty fun so that much has me a bit interested.

Looks like it's $35 on amazon. There are several guns that are rather fun. I would expect nothing less from Insomniac.

I too mainly play FPS on PC but decided to give it a try on consoles with RFOM and actually enjoyed it.  To me the game felt like a throwback to Unreal FPS days - lot's of varied levels making for a longer than average (on console these days) SP game.

The plot was okay but stretched a little too thin and revealed a little too haphazardly - but clearly this was only the developers 2nd FPS and their first in a long time so I guess being rusty is allowable here.  Sounds like they've learnt their lesson and are promising much better designed story reveal and progression for RFOM2.

I do like its alternative world, however.  It holds water as a concept and seems well thought out compared to most generic FPS settings.

I'll warn you though - at first I almost gave up through annoyance with controller vs mouse/keyboard but sticking with it a got the hang of it eventually.

 Think rfom was best when u play splitscreen with someone else really fun so u should try that.

Hmmz I liked the game as well. It had though some little flaws or things I wanted to see changed but for a launchgame it is pretty decent. I was really impressed what Insomniac delivered especially they only made platform games before and never have done a FPS.

Regardless this game is good, but the second one will be bad ass. I guarantee you 13 million ps3 owners will buy it

I'm a brand-new PS3 owner as well, and after playing it for a short bit, I didn't see anything interesting about the game. In fact, I got bored real quick and turned it off. Perhaps I should go back and give it more time.
