Forums - PC - How do I get screen capts.

Is there an app that will help me get screen captures for my pc game: europa universalis?

And after that, how could I do the same for my xbox?

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... I don't know about the XBOX, but Shift + Printscreen should take a screen cap in clipboard. Then just paste it somewhere like picture it and turn it into an image.

You just need to press "Print Screen" on your keyboard, open up a graphics app and then "paste"...

Or there's sharware type utilities, used to use one called "Snag-It" years ago that can store many images (first suggestion obviously can only store 1 image in the clipboard with that method.

thanks guys, I wondered what Prt Scr meant

FRAPS is good for screenshots, and lets you pick a format for the pics as well. Irfanview's supposed to be excellent as well, although I haven't used it myself.

Yes, using Fraps is an easy way to get screen caps, capture video, and see what frame rate you're getting in your games.

I don't know about that game, but many games also have built in screenshot hotkeys and the picture will end up in that game's directory.
