Since many people are saying Ninja Gaiden, let me just emphasize that Ninja Gaiden Black is the version you should get if you're interested. It's a remake with many important improvements (such as the possibility to control the camera manually).

If you like RPGs get both KOTOR1 and 2 but especially 1 :P Also if you like giving up your social life for a month, The Elder Scrolls Morrowind was a great game but it was also a niche game.
