There are more red into the game than Black and White I just noticed it after watching the teaser over and over again...

end of core gaming days prediction:

E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced

E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.

There's more red than black and white? that's pretty violent. I'm suprised that they're risking making a game this violent on the wii.

I wonder if Gary Jules will do the theme song.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."

I usually don't even like violent games, but this one really seems to get the humor right.

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

I would prefer Tears for Fears Learn your song history, young'un.  Music didn't begin with Donnie Darko!

On topic:
I am so torn on this game! I don't know that it's quite my cup of tea, but it has the Clover pedigree, which after playing Okami, is about as strong a pedigree as exists.

So the question becomes: do I buy this game in the hopes that it will be as awesome as Okami?  Or do I trust my instincts that say I probably won't like it?

Please, PLEASE do NOT feed the trolls.

1) WiiFit will outsell the pokemans.
Current Status: 2009.01.10 70k till PKMN Yellow (Passed: Emerald, Crystal, FR/LG)

Hmm, well, some big words there. Hope they can make it happen, or there'll be hell to pay. :p

Im just hoping for an Australian release. Manhunt 2 has been refused, in uk, which means most likely here also. We got the sanitised japanese version of No more Heroes, so seems likely MW will be killed before its released, if it happens in tokyo. I think the best work is coming out of japan and if their ex capcom, res evil, okami dudes arn't takin the piss with the Wii ill be stoked.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

I hope that it get released in australia, but with the way the game is shaping up, i doubt. The OFLC is set to tear this game apart. Looks like i'll have to import it from europe.
