XBOX 360 is the best because of xbox live friends net and video chating.

Xbox live makes 360 infintely better hands down.  Its role as the main driver for voice chat for online makes the first xbox immortal in the pantheon of video game consols.  If microsoft lanches early a cheap xbox for the next gen with 100% backwards compatapility with 360 and a new halo series halo wars 2 Fable 3 Elder scrolls 5 Forza  2010 nba 2k10 DOA 5 Mech assault 3 they could finally win.  Oh and make xbox live free if you don't voice chat.  Also xbox live has a camera that kicks sony gay eyetoy in the face.  It atualy takes pictures and lets you video chat.  They ned a Mobile zune xbox handheld to stop the monopoly that we know as gameboy/ds.  I so want to be a ms executive.  I could destroy sony and make apples i brand look obsolete and uncool.

For what must be the millionth time....

The PS3 has some amazing exclusives, free online, blu-ray, wireless rechargable controllers as standard, built in large hard drives, wifi, hdmi....

And on, and on, and on

I enjoy 360 because of the VERY good selection of games. And THAT is why I buy a console. To play games.

Purely games choice. I have waited and waited for the PS3 to be worth buyiing, and it just isnt. For me its gonna be a bargain bin buy. Last gen I bought everything on PS2. But this gen the 360 is definately a gamers console. Far more variety instead of the generic shooters and a couple of out there games the PS3 has. Considering my fave genres are JRPG's, Driving, Hack n slash, WRPG's and beat em ups the 360 isnt even touched by the PS3 at this point in time.

Why?  Because they do the exact thing that every other corporation does, even Sony and Nintendo?  You hear more about Microsoft because they are bigger and they are more local than Japanese companies.  Why would Americans hear about the European Union suing Japanese Sony for unfair business practices?

Reasons I chose XBox 360 over PS3:

1. Better games

2. Cheaper price for similar system

3. I prefer downloads over hard copies

4. Microsoft is an American company and due to our current economic woes it is better to purchase products from a domestic company than to purchase product from foriegn competitors, espeically when citizens of the foriegn corporation's company refuse to purchase many of our domestic products.

I dont know about others but i bought the ps3 beacuse i always liked playstation and the games applies to me.

you realize Xbox360's are manufactured in China? MS is an American Company but its not domestic to me if the product is being made in a foreign country then shipped to US retailers.

Microsoft is an American corportation, and thats were the profit goes.

Would you rather have the headquarters of a corporation in your country where CEOs and business managers make huge salaries that they put into the local economy, or would you rather have a manufacturing plant where people make 5 dollars an hour (if that) in your country?
