I'm stuck guys, I cannot decide what will be a better game, and can't decide which I'll wanna buy.. I loved soul calibur 2, and who can ever say anything bad about the street fighter series.. i mean i always could wait for reviews, but id like a broad view of opinions.. let me hear it

I think SCIV will be a better, deeper game, but I'm more excited about SFIV. Your first true love is often your best.

I can't see how I can justify full price for a fighting game I can just go and play at Arcade for a buck (or less) for.

I picked up VF5 for 20 bucks, and I refuse to pay more than 35 for either games.

Darth Vader will be in the PS3 version of SC IV. Everyone loves to play the bad guy in Star Wars.

I love most fighting series: SF, Tekken, SC are my last remaining favorites. never got into Virtua Fighter because it takes far too much time to master even the basics of that game

SCIV, SFIV and Tekken 6 are all day 1 purchases for me.

Soul Calibur IV will be better.  The Soul Calibur series in general is very good about giving the player lots of fun things to do and collect such as:

Story Mode
Collectible Weapons
Collectible Costumes
Collectible Profiles (...etc)
Unlockable Modes

The fighting is also more entertaining to watch and with Street Fighter 4 hardly deviating from the past... Soul Calibur IV will be head and shoulders above it in gameplay.

Really there is hardly any comparison unless Street Fighter 4 pulls a gigantic bunny out of its hat.
