Mario Kart is not some shitty game -- it's awesome, and the online mode is absolutely amazing.  Best game of the year so far, much less casual than, say, GTA 4 and the gamers who play it online are more competitive and competent, in my experiences.

As a Mario kart over SSB lover I am very happy ^^

But this is Nintendo we are talking about. Their games doesn't cannibalise each other. They grow together at the same time

As was very expected.. Maybe with some european legs, SSBB will overtake MKWii the next weekss.

Riot just states his opinions as fact all the time. Just grow a thick skin and remember that he's always talking from a personal persepective and it won't bother you.

My original prediction stated that Brawl would beat Kart in overall sales this year. I figured the deciding factor was that Brawl had several months of leadtime over Kart.

Looks like I was wrong. Kart's broader appeal and excellent online will carry it farthest. I should have known to bet against the reviewers.

Mario Kart is better for the reason that anyone buys a Wii: Innovation. And I agree with Shams completely.

Both are AAA games easy, but SSBB is a lot more button mashing that it needs to be. I have no idea what most of the moves are but, I can win 30% of my matches.

Whereas MKWii has a lot more interest and fun value, imo. It has outsold it for the simple fact that it has a much broader appeal than ssbb.

MKWii is not a shitty casual game, it's far more than that. Also what has Nintendo done to the industry? Expanding it is a bad thing? I think a lot of people should be thanking Nintendo rather than saying it is the worst thing after Satan.
