I don´t hate any console and most of you should know I sincerly hate Sony as a company but my biggest hate that is console related is against Nintendo for not releasing the revolution (Wii) earlier.

Well they are assholes and were all saying are console will be the best since it will have the best graphics. It will last you ten years before you should even need a new one and we are making all these new innovative things. I mean they were saying all these as if they are the kings of the video game industry. Now look were they are. dead last in sales and they are now losing a ton of money. Second to sell a console for 900 and then say we are all cheap asses I mean give me a fucking break that is outrageous price to sell a video game console. I mean I could find a million things to buy that would please more then spending 900 on a video game console.

Tone it down a bit, this is not the way I want this discussion to. It was going quite good actually. words like assholes are not necessary.

I did not like the PS1. N64 was that much better but still the PS1 won with the help of piracy. (Lots of people bought it to mod it and get games for free). Just Super Mario 64, Zelda ocarina of time, golden eye, Mario Kart 64, Perfect Dark, Diddy Kong Racing were so much better than every other game on ths PS1.

First off I thought it was the point of the thread to bash a console you hate. I mean did that, but your right I should tone it down a bite. Got a little carreyed away there my bad.

Wii/PS3. Costing me way too much money, but too addicting to stop.

I don't like the 360, mainly because I feel it was rushed and so put out having not been tested properly with too many faults, also paying for extra things I'd expect to find for free on a modern console like the wireless adapter (comes with Wii and PS3).

Nintendo Virtualboy.

It kills your eyes.

It's illogical to hate a console, therefor I don't.

I wish I owned all of them, but i'm happy with my Wii/PC combo.

I dont hate any console overall.But there are some things I hate from all of them.

PS3.Sony not giving bucketloads of money to developers (specially japanese developers) to get exclusives.The delays in things as Ingame XMB (today at last) ,Home and several exclusives.The headset and the PS Eye not coming with the console.

Wii:It has very few good games and those are ports of old-gen games,the others are the usual Nintendo franchises that are very tired.Not any multimedia capability.Gimmicky controllers and a massive marketing around these are making its success ,not quality of the hardware and software.

X360:It has a good hardware and a very good lineup(not very superior to the PS3 one right now but still somewhat ahead).But I hate the concept of machine MS is trying to impose with this.A console manufactures by MS hardware partners at request(MS receives money),that uses MS operative systems(MS receives money), has to be programmed with MS programming tools XNA (MS receives money again) ,MS graphics library DirectX (MS receives money again),MS receives royalties (more money) and then you have even to pay a monthly fee for the online gaming for some supposed dedicated servers that arent there.And that for the rest of your life.MS putting the hand to receive money in each of the passes of the creative and distribution process.That cant be ,if that model wins we will be royally screwed.
