Due to the discovery of a new technique. Which has been tested and found to broken in the competitive environment. The rules list has been updated to include a technique ban from Meta Knight and a move limitation for Sonic.

In addition, Corneria has been added for a counter pick for Teams only.

This move has not been prooven broken. Banning it with out even testing in a competive situation is just bull. Stalling is to be banned no matter what character does it with any move. This move, however, until proven otherwise, is perfectly legit. It should not be banned until banning it becomes the tourney standard.
