you forgot Zelda: 4 swords and Zelda Phantom Hourglass

generally, as of recent, Zelda titles have been announced at GDC in recent as opposed to E3. With E3 losing much steam, I wouldn't be surprised if they hold off till march for that announcement, of there is one.

How can this be an ace up their sleeve? Everyone who likes Zelda already has a Wii, and those who still haven't can't be a big group; a new Zelda would be nothing more than supplying the standard fanbase.

I hope they don't show nothing about a new Zelda this year.

More games need to be shown.
I would be more excited with more different genres:

- DK Wii
- Disaser: DoC
- Star Fox Wii
- The revival of Project H.A.M.M.E.R
- Kid Icarus
- Pokemon Wii, or MMO
- Etc, Nitendo have many IPs and is creative....

Zelda is not a everyone's game.
Nintendo needs to cover the many different gamers.
I think that would be more clever to anounce in 2009 and release it in 2011.

I don't think it will be announced this year. They are really tight lipped nowadays so I think it will be shown closer to its release which I think will be next year.

Are you saying that GT6 being announced for PS3 (after GT5 releases) wouldn't be an ace card... or that Halo 2 wasn't an ace for Xbox? or that Resistance 2 is not Sony's "ace"

No one said it would be a huge boost to Wii console sales if that's what you mean.
