What percentage of Wii owners you think are casual gamers and hardcore gamers? What about 360 and PS3 owners?

I know there a lot of Wii owners who hardcore gamers because how else Metroid Prime 3, Zelda, Resident Evil 4 and UC, and Red Steel sold so well?

I also know that 360 and PS3 have a lot of casual gamers because how else did Viva Pinanta and GTA IV sold so well?

For wii, casual gamers 40%, nintendo core gamers 55%.
360, something like 90% core gamers.
Ps3, don't know.

Why would any casual gamer have a 360? The 360 was made for hardcore gamers

about 10-90 hardcore to casual. All systems.

Note i'm treating hardcore as in "Plays a lot of games and considers it their primary form of entertainment."

I think that about 75% of all system users are "casual". Casual to me is someone that doesn't play games pretty much every day like us. If someone likes playing Halo or GTA but doesn't play them oftem then that is casual. That's my defintion.

Wii- 45% Casual 55% Hardcore
Xbox 360- 20% Casual 80% Harcore
PS3- 25% Casual 75% Hardore
