I think Raven Blde is dead (for the time being).

WHy not? Dk Country is one of the best platformers out there , and DK64 wasn't that bad. Also what about a new ip?

How do you know they aren't suited? They could replace rare(who made all kind of games btw).

They could, but they shouldn't. Tired of people acting like every other Nintendo studio needs to make Donkey Kong. Retro neeeds to make Retro Studios games, not pick up Rare's slack.

Alright it's very probable that Retro Studios will have a title revealed at E3 08. I mean they aren't just sitting around haha.

Now as for what title I've seen a few tossed around.

Raven Blade- more than likely not. I think this game is going to stay canned

ED2- are we serious. Come on if Nintendo was going to outsource this for someone to make it wouldn't be Retro. I'd always thought if Nintendo did have rights to the ED game they'd let someone like Factor 5 develop it.

I'm done for MP now. I want something new. A FPS or something whitout lock on.

Um firstly nintendo has the rights to ED so anybody could do ED2. Secondly isn't factor 5 suppose to be doing kid icarus like everybody is saying. Why can't silicon knights do ED2? What is wrong with them? They said they were interested in developing Wii games.

@Claude I guess so, but aren't they working on two games? Why can't they do a donkey kong game and then a new ip. Now that I think of it though  two new Ips would be better than a donkey kong game that could suck and a new ip.

Mp3 was the last of the triligy, and Retro already said they wanted to do something else, and take a break from the metroid series. I would rather R&D take metroid back to the 2d roots on the ds/wiiware.
