last year every company got there own thread for there press conference but since the actual event sucks the Conference threads got all the info on the system anyway

This gen is different though.

We have nintendo who hasn't announced anything big in who knows how long, and have yet to announce their wii titles for the rest of the year other than wario and the mario sluggers game.They promised more hardcore games too.

Then sony I expect to announce a few titles for 2010-2012(lol).

Microsoft I don't know about though. They seem to have tried to find success in the casual audience, but will probably fail.

So this year does sound more promising than last.
