You mean the dozens of FPS and TPS games coming from western dev's are more varied then the completely random, unique and innovative games coming out of Japan?

You could say the exact same thing about the 'dozens of RPGs' from Japanese devs. You'd be similarly wrong, though.

I don't really think about it honestly.

In general i'd guess japanese since i'm guessing they make SRPGs.

This generation. Also Japanese. Of all the games i've played this generation on the different consoles my favorite two are No More Heroes and MLB Power Pros. Both japanese franchises.

Western games. I don't like a lot of japanese games, just jrpg:s and of course few others.

Japanese. It has always been so. This gen I´m more concentrated on handhelds so far and japanese devs rule in both platforms.
