No, it doesn't, download services aren't going to really kick into gear until were well into the PS4 era. So, this is really only for the few million people who have PSN. Plus, the content that comes with Blu-ray discs and the quality of the representation will not be matched by their download service or any download service until it achieves a mainstream audience.
So, this is really only aimed at casual movie watching consumers. Which, they're bettting, most PSN gamers are.
