Theres good racing ones like Forza 2 and PGR4.

Might want to go with one of the exclusive racing games like a PGR or Forza game...Exceptionally good.

There are tons of multi-plat games out there like Lego SW/IJ, Rock Band, and other games available...Even more great exclusives that are SP, though.

Hmm. For 2p+ offline co-op games...Kameo is a good one. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, any sports or racing game works.

You could also download Bomberman Live from Xbox Live Arcade, which would be fun to play with your brothers.
