lol if silent hill doesn't get an M rating i don't even buy... a survival horror with a T rating i don't see how it can be lol.... zombie carebears maybe that attack you with evil hearts :) and you have to find the rainbow wand to get them back to normal....

but even with recommendation i'd go check out the demos... like you said you don't like viva pinata a lot of people actually love it.... so my guess is it's better for you and your brother to try the demo

Instead of repeating what's already been said, what about XBLA games? My favorites are:

Geometry Wars! (don't think it's MP though)
Assault Heroes 1 & 2
Castlevania SotN (not MP either)
Undertow
Small Arms

he said his mom will buy him a game with the stipulation that his (assumedly younger) brother has to be able to play it.

Not trying to be a fanboy. Of course, it's hard when you own the best console eve... dang it

Technically Halo 3 is rated M, but if you've owned either of the other two then I don't see why your brother couldn't handle this one.

Even if you haven't played the other two I don't think it should be an M game. Try for that one anyway.

Looking at VGChartz's top rated 360 games, Bee Movie; the video game looks amazingly good!!

PGR 4, Forza 2, Kameo and Viva Pinata

Yes, Retrasado, that is the case, one of my brothers is allowed to play M-rated army games (sometimes, must undergo pre-approval), and the other is not allowed to play any M-rated games...

Anyway, I'd like to say thank you to anyone who contributed to this thread. A funny thing happened anyway, but I'll just keep these lists in case this happens again.

I walked to gamestop and it was closed 5 minutes early, so me and my brothers just walked to Blockbuster (we were going to get our free rental) and found out they were having a huge clearance on games. They were dirt cheap.

My younger bro bought Just Cause ($10) for 360, and PGR3 for 360 ($7). He wanted Forza 2 but then I was like "No, you only need 2 games".

My youngest bro bought Crazy Taxi ($7) and 007: Agent Under Fire ($10) for our GC.

I, although longing for BioSHOCK ($35) or COD:4 ($45) (they were too expensive after my brothers' purchases), bought Sonic Adventure DX (GC) & Sonic Adventure 2 Battle (GC) for $15 each.

I have Halo 3, and I don't think it should really be rated M. My cousin's Eragon game has more blood.
