oh.. and maybe the search should include WW results where you search for WII titles? I'm not sure why it doesn't at this point. What was the logic in that? (In addition to the changes suggested above).

It's a pretty simple system, we're not going to change things because you have difficulty with it.

Crappy attitude to have a more usable search?

I'm not asking for anything out of the ordinary. What i am suggesting is how EVERY OTHER search engine works.

Examples? google, yahoo, amazon, eb games, and every other search tool in the known universe.

Why is pointing out flaws and trying to improve this site a crappy attitude?

The change I am suggesting is not difficult to implement in the least, like a 3 min job tops. And it will increase usability significantly.

If you don't know *HOW* to do this.. that's different. But please don't claim that the search is fine the way it is.

If the grocery store had a forum where I could give my input.. then well.. yes i would.

The search is excellent, if used properly. I find every game within a second (or I verify quickly if a game I want to submit is not already submitted).

And btw, all games I've submitted last week were approved by the admins within a few hours.

Like the search feature on this site, what Talon was getting at seems to have confused you too. I'm pretty sure he was asking if you'd have the guts to act like this face-to-face if the grocery store didn't have exactly what you wanted, or do you just act so rude from the safety of a keyboard.

The search feature is not perfect, but anyone who has ever been on the internet should have encountered similar search issues before. I've been to countless sites that have the same search functionality as VGC...no big deal. Even Gamefaqs' search feature has it's quirks.

If you submit the right info, well spelled with the right capitals your submissions are going to be approved..
