I think this is partly due to the undoing of the "permabans". They were permabanned for a reason

Just as I thought. Reporting trolls for trolling accomplishes nothing. I'm giving up reporting anyone for anything on any site. It's just a waste of time. I'll just skip over posts/threads and hopefully one day vgc will add an ignore user option.
