GTA 4 wasnt a terrible game, but it was terribly boring.

Doesnt deserve the scores it has.

After playing it for a couple months I am inclined to agree with the OP, however, I personally find that the Helicopter controls are shit (compared to previous games) and for that alone the game doesn't deserve a 10.

Yea, if Sony's online service had achievments and more 14 year old players hurling racial slurs and homophobic remarks, it would have been a better game. Stupid Sony, ruined everything.

wtf? You only find those kids on Halo, besides I bet a lot of those kids are on PSN also, but they just dont bother talking, as no one on PSN has a mic!

I agree San Andreas was more fun than GTA 4, but I still enjoyed it.

Grand Theft Auto 4 suffered from an unintresting storyline and slight repetition throughout that story.(Go here.Shoot that.Cycle,repeat.) It also seems to me that they tried to go for a more super realistic game,as opposed to the fun more acardey games from the past.7/10 from me.

You've become really amusing. Let me ask you this, why would it be Sony's online that ruined it? You can do anything with the PSN (60 player Resistance 2 MP anyone?), with XBL there are more restrictions. Plus, it was MS who paid for exclusive content, so why would Sony ruin it? So if anything, it was your precious Microsoft that ruined the DLC, besides, with Blu-ray the PS3 version could have had it all put on the disc, but Microsoft likes to ruin everything.

BTW: You should be thanking Sony for bringing the great  Final Fantasy games  and Grand Theft Auto games to the world.

On topic both GTA: Sandreas and GTA IV are two excellent games in their own right. PS3 FTW.

 

What the heck are you talking about? He said nothing unacceptable here! As a matter of fact, he did, in a perfectly good way, prove the other guy's assessment wrong. I'm guessing you were too bussy defending your console to even read it.

 

 

 

Proved my assessment wrong? How did he do that? The PSN is easily expandable and can handle GTA4 and any features that Rockstar would want. On the other hand the 360 has limited storage, and cannot use a harddrive to improve games. If GTA4 had remained PS Exclusive it could have easily accomodated more content, this is something you cannot deny.
