No, they've never stated anythign regarding the matter but some guy has gone around several places claiming he knows the guy at Nintendo that issues dev kits and states Nibris doesn't have one.   He made too many other claims that didn't fall in line with facts so I can't take his word for it.

I have an idea, why don't one of you guys email Nintendo and ask?

i would give them until friday, if they don't open the site by friday then this game is as good as duke nukem forever

The site will most likely open on Friday night with one more "screenshot" (stolen from a random European gothic artist of course) and another half-assed live action video clip of a woman walking through a tunnel with a stick.

I am shocked that the website hasn't appeared yet. Absolutely stunned ad unable to speak. They still have the week-end I suppose, but it seems unlikely that they would launch a web-site then.

Seriously, where the F is the site? They shouldn't just be spouting garbage. You have the weeked to come up with some Sadness info, Nibris, if you don't, you are DEAD to me.
