I guess so. It definitely makes animations much smoother, better, and realistic. |
How does animation make a game better?

Google for Japanese erotic games(not my thing I must add).

I am a minor so I should not even think about looking at erotic games

Uh...would you like characters to move all clunky and like robots? Good animation helps. |
Guess not. Now I see why SotC gets so much praise. ToV's animation doesn't look robotic in anyway.

ToV's animation doesn't look robotic, but ToS: DotNW's looks more natural. |
You have a point. Why don't all games(the big ones) use motion capture like Uncharted does?
| Slimebeast said: I don't get it. Yet. What is so good about JRPGs? I'm serious, I can't imagine what the components are that make you "hooked" by this genre. Is it the story? The mesmerizing actiony grafix? The music and atmosphere? Environments? Or is it simply the core-mechanics that all RPGs have - the addicting leveling and gathering of loot (be honest now)? |
All that plus the fact that it´s really fun. Tales of is not representative of JRPGs though.
Why don't we wait for ToV and ToS2 to both launch, so we can see which one is actually better before proclaiming Tales superiority?
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
@Riot No wonder you don't post too much out of the SSBB thread. Those are some of the most trollish and fanboyish posts I've ever seen.
