Can someone possibly describe what this effect looks like? Is it the same one you get on the NCAA Football 09 demo stadiums?

The upper and lower half of the image are not in sync for some fractures of seconds when too many details are on the screen. That is in fast movements you see some parts of the screen that are already rotated further than other parts of the screen.

Annoying as hell, Uncharted has that too, but only has its moments.

I always wonder if there are differences between TVs (obviously the images will be the same but perhaps it is more disturbing on some screens?) Because I "saw" it in Heavenly Sword but it never bothered me at all. I mean it was only present in some areas at all. And I cannot remember a moment in Uncharted where I saw it. I always did put it in the "people where looking for something to get annoyed about" bin.

Around the Network

So we all seem to agree the best would be MGS4, ratchet, GTA4, uncharted and cod? ok so 2 multiplatform games but still! If some1 asks this about 360 all u could say is halo, bioshock, cod, gta4 and assassins creed. (ps. bioshock is going multiplatform)

Hum...I don't ever recall seeing that effect. I played Uncharted on 2 TVs since I bought a new TV during the rental. I played through Heavenly Sword on my old CRT TV, so perhaps that explains why I didn't notice it there?
