Porn sites are usually littered with adverts for dating sites. Start there. (Strange that they assume that people looking at hardcore pornography are also people that are single).

Oh, and viral marketing (bit like this) is always the best form of marketing, as people don't always recognise it as advertising, and take it as good advice.

More hearts please. I mean there are not enough and hearts totally indicate that you are on a dating site, so hearts should be EVERYWHERE.

Maybe you could change the letter style into a more hearts shaped letter style.

Also, post some fake hot girls on there and guys will join en masse.

Did I mention more hearts?

Oh and a good marketing campaign, try a funny youtube video, kinda like the "blendtec" ones, look at how many blenders they sold with those videos.

Best thing is IT'S FREE.

Also, if the site is region specific (not sure if you have directly stated this) Advertise in you local community, take an advert out in the local paper for not much money in the lonely hearts column. Your clientele with increase tenfold (well, maybe).

And if you want big bucks then charge people. It doesn't have to cost much, people who are lonely will gladly pay $10 per quarter or so to join your site. I would offer guys (not girls, they get it free) two types of membership. A basic free membership and a deluxe membership for money where they get extra perks such as personality tests to see the girls they correspond with etc...

Go global. And give away free Wii's at sign-up.

On your "About Us" page, there is a grammar mistake in the sentence right after the one telling you to report mistakes.  Bad form.

The multitude of hearts is distasteful.  If you walk into a bedroom, which would you rather see as a bed sheet:  A smooth red satin sheet or a fluffy looking cotton sheet with hearts all over it?  If you are older than 12, the choice is fairly clear.

Lots of default blue links make the website look cheap.  Even switching some link colors or changing up a bit within reason would give it a more polished look.

Having no blogs/polls/...etc makes the site feel unfinished.  You should have made a few before launching just to have some content in those sections even if it wasn't much.

Also, ask yourself why people will come to your website.  Find out what the people visiting go to most and streamline it to make it simpler.  If one particular section gets more hits than any other, highlight it and build off it.
