As you all might have noticed im strongly drawn to the Nintendo side of life ... Meaning: I prefer Nintendo consoles... I'm a fanboy! I don't have or have the intention of buying Sony's products... Nor do i have the intention of buying Microsoft's. (Hmm... But i might still get a 360... Can anyone say Halo 3?! ...)

1) As for my first admittance: Yes... I do flame... Intendently?! No... I believe it's better described as 'taking the bate'... Sometimes those stuborn PS3 guys really ask for it with their stupid random threads... But as for now... I'll apologize! (That is... Unless they were really asking for somekind of reaction cause they were telling false stuff about sales etc...)

2) Yes... These forums are dominated by Nintendo's army of fanboys! I don't mind really... Makes me feel comfortably actually ... But i do see why the Sony fans are feeling threatened... Or angry?!... Yes... Just look at my thread: Elimination game - consoles... Is it fair that Xbox and Xbox360 got kicked out first?! NO...! Definitely not! But do >>I<< mind?! No... But that doesn't mean i can't understand why others could! I feel your pain! When i visit a PS3 site or something and there's a poll about what console has the best line-up i always see PS3 winning... And it hurts ... (From my point of view... You guys know what i mean, right?!...)

3) And this one kinda explains the 'But...!' in the threadname...: There are some PS3 fans who really flip-out! (Examples: Hus...., Blue3...) Those guys have been asking for a flamewar (Which they lost... {Obviously }...)

And yeah mods... Flamewars aren't nice (And yeah... I participate(d) in it)... But after a war comes the settle down stage... And everything goes back to normal again...! AND: The losing party (The last two were lost by those guys in respective order) gets their ass whooped by the community (Iff they were really misbehaving. Which was the case in these two examples)...

So my point is: Flamewars come and go... When the dust settles the world goes on in its normal routine! Period!

And yeah... We've all made mistakes (participating in flamewars etc...)... And yeah... This forum is kinda dominated by Nintendo fanboys (Me personally: I'm kinda happy we're winning right now cause we got our ass kicked last ten years by Sony ... But times change )

Good job admitting your mistakes. The only difference is that I don't argue with Sony fanboys; the only thing that can convince them is a ban. Facts never work; they've got a hell of a lot of things to say.

a question....you don´t want a PS3 or a 360 (though you say you might get a 360) because their games and features don´t appeal to you or simply because they are made by Sony and MS?

Fanboys make things interesting. But like all things that make things interesting (nuclear weapons, Michael Jackson, the French), they can be dangerous. I'm an admitted fanboy. Have been since forever. But I'd like to think I'm more or less rational when I post. Flame wars happen, but the only way to prevent them is to prevent discourse, and that leads to a dull forum. All you can do is keep flame wars under control, eat your veggies, and promise not to launch too many siblings into the neighbor's swimming pool.
