Nintendo sold out = fad.

FYI -  I just checked ebay and Wii Fit is still going for more than $150.  That's the price it was going for on launch day.  It's holding its value very well considering that 2000 Wii Fits are often listed on Ebay.

 Not to mention that many people are (successfully) selling Wii Fit for $200 (or more) ... That's not something that happens when there is adequate supply.

Who really cares about wii fit? :P

I know several people who want Wii Fit. I'm just waiting for the time when I know I can walk into the store and it will be there. That's not the case right now, so I'll be patient and wait.

It's simple math time!!!

If you produce 150 000 copies of a game a week but only sell in one conutry how many copies of the game are you selling per week in that country?

Now if you produce 150 000 copies of the same game and sell it to 3 different regions - How many copies of the game are you selling per region per week?

I still have a lot of games to play fortunately for me, and it is the summer.  Wii Fit will be even more perfect come winter.  Hopefully by then I'll have my copy.  :)
