I have some images I want to contribute to one of the image chans (4chan, 7chan, etc). I've heard of file dumping (as in an entire folder of images are posted at once or sequentially without having to do it manually one at a time. Does anyone know how this is done?

You'll need ftp access to the server you're dumping to.
There's no known way for http to do such a thing, due to mainly, security issues.
