Can someone please explain to me clearly how to post a video on a forum. Someone try to tell me but they way they explained it was confusing.

You did it right last time, but forgot to do the last step. You must press edit and post after you put the embedment.
See here is an embedment I'm going to use for a video.

See I didn't press edit and post so it won't work. Now if I press edit and post it will work.

All I do is click on the embed button & use this:
http://www.youtube.com/v/6kdAaGczvws&hl=en from the Youtube link

and manually set the dimensions to 425x344

et viola!
