A poster on neogaf with over 1700 posts have posted convincing pictures of MGS4 that he claims he just recieved from the infamous ebay account selling the game early
He's uploading video's right now.
He's a credible poster.

Yeah it is similar but the image in your thread was actually by a fake poster. There's a 20 page thread on gamefaq which I don't want to tread through again, but somewhere around page 18 a person posts a link to a rather obscure blog where the images originates from (the date also proves that it is the origin rather than a subsequent). The hand with the screen name is a photoshop.
IDK if the original image on the blog is a fake or not, though it claims to be a show copy.
It is from the Official Playstation Site Forums, not GameFAQ.

Man, it's hard to keep track of all these leaks at this point. There's been so much contradiction around MGS4 so far, reviews, news and leaks.
Wow, I'm just browsing through the PSU thread and he definitely seems legit now.
Seriously confused with the PS blog though...
