"Way back when" in 1994, Nintendo/Rare released Killer Instinct and CruisN' USA in arcades. This was supposed to be a taste of the power of the Ultra 64 console that would be released in 1995. The Ultra 64 was actually reportedly MORE powerful than those impressive arcade games. Two years later, the N64 was released, and was much weaker than the arcade hardware. Fooled us again, Nintendo!

Yes. You trippin'. So many lost frames of animation. So blurry. No CGI. I was a Killer Instinct fanatic. KI Gold made me buy a PS1 so I could play Tekken 2.
