I forget the actual source (I had it 4 years ago) but it had the video Source Posted, plus Dot Eater (0 kills entire level), 2 player etc score attacks on all Ikaruga levels. Rather impressive.

Hard to say my favorite. I've actually seen more speed runs (TAS included though) than games I've played. I like to see things done well.
