I'm a canadian and as you probably know ice hockey is huge here!. 

Do you know if we will see an NHL hockey game on Wii this fall?.  I know hockey is not that big in USA, Japan and UK but there's some good market in Other region (russia, sweeden, finland, etc...)?

Well I'm pretty sure EA will put NHL09 on the Wii. Will it be any good, probably not.

I'm gonna say no. Since the dawn of the SNES, Nintendo consoles have lagged behind the competition in the sports department. Wii may get a decent hockey game, but Wii won't get the best hockey game.

I certainly hope some good hockey games come to the Wii. Even if it's not the main series of games(09 or 2k9), NHL Hits was fun on the GC for example.
