You do realise it's because of the amount of Wii fanboys putting the "boycott ubisoft" in their sig right? It's like why some people hate GTA4, because it's so universally loved when it shouldn't be or why people turn into emo's (to stay away from the mainstream).

You ubi-bashers created the UDF through your "boycott ubisoft" posts and now you complain about it? 

Personally I'm not fussed by ubisofts decision, at least they're being honest, unlike most companies that are saying they'll create core wii titles and churn out chunk or nothing at all.

You act as though Ubisoft did nothing wrong, and you wonder why we are upset at you for that attitude?

To add to this, I noted that Ubisoft wants to make BG&E2 more casual and accessible.   This is exactly what the Wii needs and would work well with yet their developing it for the "hardcore" consoles (funded by Wii money).

That's the reason why this thread started, the blatantly lied to us, they told us "You will be getting great and Nintendo-quality", and now they tell us "Wii is for kids, and you won't be getting anything but cheap ports or disgusting crappy games. We piss on you after you bought our crappy Red Steel, which we promised was going to be good" we believed in them, now they deserve all of this shit.

 No, so-called Ubi-bashers didn't create the UDF, the Sony fans in here (such as yourself) created it as a means to arbitrarily defend Ubisoft, who apparently hates on the Wii just as much as you all do.  This isn't even about Ubisoft for you all, it's about bashing the Wii and rubbing this news into the face of Wii owners for your own enjoyment.  The thing is, as gamers, the type of behavior Ubisoft is engaging in is not only bad for Wii owners, but also bad for the industry.   As gamers, none of you should even condone this.  Clearly, Ubisoft was deceitful, as they promised "Nintendo quality titles" only let the masses down the trite unveiled at Ubidays.

But karma is mutha though.  There will be a time when PS3 owners will get the short end of the stick and complain like all hell (similar to the Capcom debacle back in '07).  Like Rol said, be ready for folks to laugh in your faces in light of your antics in this thread.
