I have to expect the PS3 sales will pick up in another week for MGS4 and stay up for around a month, or more.

We will see when the thread "360 passes 19 million" will ever live up to its name.

 MGS4 won't move much hardware since it is a very core game, the people who want it already own a PS3 for the most part. The small bump in hardware that it does get will definitely not last a month. More like a week maybe two.

Yes, the idea is that the 360 was being over tracked over a longer period of time (for example, two months) and after looking at all of the other available data there were some corrections to be made. The 360 was over tracked in the US last month, compared to NPD, by a wide margin. VGC also under tracked the Wii by a large margin last month, as well as overtracking the PS3 (all numbers for US).

The 360 is just not selling fast.

People create a 20 million 360 thread. When it has gone well passed the 20 million mark is like 20.3 million. The 360 will reach the 20 million mark I believe in 10 weeks time.
