If they bothered to show 2 reviews, then IMO the second one does count. A review is a review, no?

After 1up.com's review, the only ones left (that I know of) is gamespot, gamespy and gamepro. After those, I should be done. I'm pretty sure people have a good understanding of NG2's faults and benefits by now.

8.7 isn't bad, esp from ign if it is as must of a "plain sequel" as they claimed it to be in their review. Though it is disappointing it scored lower by a decent margin(for a game of its caliber) than its predecessor. When I was picking between to buy a playstation or X360 this game made it a harder choice for sure(Loved the first NG for Xb1).

on the internet I see lots of people mentioning DMC VS NG and how cocky Itagaki has been ,,,is there something I missed?did itagaki say something about DMC?

Yeah Spartan, he called DMC4 gameplay shallow or something to that order. Read about it a few days ago.

yea I was reading some forums about the 7-8 scores that NG2 is getting and most of people were saying it serves itagaki right .To conclude DMC fans were ripping him apart on those forums  .

I think it's unprofessional to call one of your main competitors shallow.

Well NG is often seen as a bastion of deep gameplay, so he does have the right to call other games within his genre shallow perhaps, but it's still pretty unprofessional yer right.
