I am starting to suspect that generally PAL users are getting shafted out of more blocks than Americans (as well as prices etc)

Myself and Ferret are from the UK and Marcus is from Australia, and it seems to be us three who have versions of VC games and channels that take up quite a few more blocks than the others.
