The game looks really intense and looks cool though I know some gamers wouldn't be interested i.e. Soriku

I would be more hyped if I saw gameplay. It probably will be good though since platinum games is developing it.

what sort of game is it? its hard to tell from that clip, is it RPG, AA, FPS or what?

Geez...even eithout gameplay this looks pretty interesting. looks like sega may just get some credibility back.

My current reigning action game champ is Ninja Gaiden Sigma, not DMC.

If it's as challenging and well balanced as NG, then I'm on board. I'm not particularly interested in "intense style." Kamiya has a fantastic record, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was great.
