OT: Yeah they'll all be in it. Though MS is the only one in doubt--saying they took all this time to enter the console market why would they stop is ignoring history. Did they really spend all this money to have their big second console that was supposed to dominate end up third? Sony didn't need to slowly enter the console race. Neither did Nintendo (of course, very difference circumstances there). Sega started dying as soon as they started ending up in third--they pretty much called it a day even before two of the consoles in 6th gen even came out.
On Motion Controls: Yes, all the next gen consoles will have it, of course. Those who are crying foul are ignoring what's already going on. Two consoles already ave it and the third is introducing a motion controller by the end of the year. Obviously they'll all try to make it better and more streamlined into the system by next gen--it's not like they're going to say "wait, that sold absurdly well, I think I'll go without it this time around." I'm sure Sony will try to do better than the sixaxis.
And it's not like it means all games will be solely motion controlled. Smash Brothers doesn't have it at all (yeah, you can use it for smash attacks, but that's tiny are barely used). Mario Kart has it but doesn't require you play it that way and is probably better not using it. Mario Galaxy uses it minimally. No More Heroes integrates it elegantly. And of course it's fucking perfect for shooters, a la MP3. Just because they'll all have motion control doesn't mean you'll never get button based games again.
And I seriously doubt the big prediction some are making for motion control next gen. You're talking massive equipment and space and set up that will detract from one of the main things motion control has going for it--accessability. What so-calloed casual player is going to want to have to wear special shoes, have something for face movement, set up two cameras, etc, etc, etc? Hell, what player of any stripe will want all of that? How expensive are we getting, and is this technology really there is mass produce (and will it be there in 3-5 years when these consoles start being developed?). No. Motion control will be fine tuned and made more accurate, but it isn't going to turn your video game system into a giant virtual reality room/holodeck.
