you must give Square Enix credit for at least this; they might be what you call milking the franchise, but they sure do it in a damn good way, not only with Final Fantasy now, but certainly also with DQ, Dragon Quest V looks sweeeeeet!

Yep, when they release IV and hopefully VI on the DS, they will be the first FF games I have purchased in a looong time. I borrowed FFIII on the DS from a friend. 

I don't like Chronicles and Anthology cause they really scruwed up the loading times, the loading times before you enter battles and even your menu are waaaayyyy too long...

I know the ds is getting so much love from SE. I can't wait for dragon quest IX(online co-op makes me happy) and V will do until IX comes.

I really hope they will bring the remake of DQ V outside Japan.. and to finish things of.. they will release a remake of the great Final Fantasy VII I hope.. :P

 You mean the PS ONE versions?  I remember FFIV loading times were suckass but FFV and FFVI were alright though.

yes the Playstation versions load times suck big time, it's not even fun anymore..
