Why would they make a Wii Fit countdown clock? As much as I hate saying it, Wii Fit is a very casual game and the vast majority of the people buying the game will not care about a countdown clock.

The first shipments of Wii Fit are already sold out. There is no reason to hype it since they can't sell more than they produce.

Nintendo is saving their ad dollars to spend throughout the year. Wii Fit is all about selling in the long term, like Brain Training.

He's trying to be smart and refer to Wii Fit.

1. It's already been released in two of the three major territories.
2. It's not aimed specifically at existing gamers, so most of us don't care.

Go ahead and laugh all you want but last night on Amazon.com there was one copy of Wii Fit listed by an associate store for $379.00. I thought that was ridiculous, no one would pay that, but this morning it's gone.

They should have gone to EBay, one that's closing in 30min is currently going for the bargain price of $200.

I didn't intend my original post to be some great mystery. I guess I figured everyone would know (or could figure out) that Wii Fit was launching in the US tomorrow.

 Doesn't it launch the 21st?

Wii Fit isn't the traditional type of game that will be hyped. There's no pretty screens to look at etc.
