Thats fine. Just like I admitted my post wasn't entirely worded in a sensible manner. We all make mistakes. As I said earlier in the thread I meant it as a joke. But thats the problems with text to text communication. Wires get crossed and people get upset.

Wait, what? How does Wii Fit help social gaming? You mean between families? I don't see anyone coming over to my place to exercise. Can 2 people even play at the same time? DDR is a better social game, too. It's cheaper and 2 player (at same time). Is there a mode for 2 boards? $180 for 2 players, though....

Just stating that I disagree that Wii Fit is some revolution in gaming. DDR and Rock Band are more influential, imo. You need to calm down on the troll detection, though. I had a PS3 before I got my Wii, hence my avatar. I don't even know what my friend code is, but if you'd like it I can find it for you. I'd consider changing my avatar to my friend code but it wouldn't fit. My avatar is my PSN ID, not "PS3 RULZZ." It's not any more a signal I'm a troll than your avatar being a marshmellow puff.

 i'd actually disagree with this if i hadn't seen it happening first hand.. my brother has not touched the wii (outside of when we have a few people over and are playing multiplayer games) on his own, but since wii fit.. i find that he is playing it while i'm not home (not for exercise, but for trying to top my best scores - which embarrassingly he has done for some of them and i can't regain my title as 1st anymore)

And now i'm finding him playing the other games too (he was playing Boom Blox when i got home today).. and he also even got one of his friends over to check out wii fit.. i don't know if he'll be playing wii fit in particular for long, but, for me, this really does show that it has opened the door for gaming for him (a side note: the only games he has really gotten into ever were the GTAs and Fifa on PC.. and to a lesser extent Goldeneye/MK64 on N64.. and if anyone thinks its relevant to know, he is 20, turning 21 next month)

The Wii series, such as wii sports, wii music, wii fit, and such will be remembered in the future as the flagship titles of the generation.

Do you care to explain what you mean by saying wii-fit is "next gen"? I'd really like to know.

I've pretty plainly admitted that i was wrong about WiiFit especially in terms of sales. I guess it was easy to skip past those posts when going through my post history, though.
