Forums - Gaming - Only 2 more games.

Well that time has come, after a year off school spending all my time buying games and playing games, I'm moving into my own apartment with a freind on July 1st. And have decided not to buy any more games at least until Christmas. Although I have pre-orders on both Wii Fit and Rock Band (Wii) (obviosuly has to be more expensive games) now I know some of you may say "big deal I don't buy games all that often" but during my year off a developped a serious habit of collecting games, mostly older NES and SNES titles, as well as more obscure things like a complete ROB and Gyromite set and a Zelda Game & Watch, so it was a surprisingly hard descision to stop buying games for financial reasons. But thats it, school and food are more important and I know I can do it.

So for this thread to have prupose: Have any of you also made a huge change in your gaming habits to go along with a change in your life?

Around the Network

I quit World of Warcraft before I entered my final year of university. It was very difficult to do, but I knew I had to do it to get the results I wanted. Seriously, that game will change your life if you get into it. After one year out, I realised how obsessed I was and am actually glad Im not still sucked in like most of my friends are. However, it is still the best game I have ever played.

Ya my bro plays that constantly, it's one of of only 2 games he owns. The other being NHL 08 which he never plays.

Oh, god, don't even get me started on WoW. Last year in uni, my roommate did homework, ate, went to class, played WoW. That's literally it.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

I'm seriosly thinking of cancelling my Rock Band pre-order, I just don't know if it's the best time to buy such an expensive game.
